The invention discloses a construction method of an animal model for medical research and corresponding equipment. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out positioning puncture on an anesthetized animal by using a radio frequency therapeutic apparatus puncture needle; detecting a nerve root at a located position by using a radio frequency needle, and adjusting the radio frequency needle to a proper position; carrying out energy transmission by using a radio frequency thermal coagulation method at a first temperature; and after cooling, carrying out energy transmission by using aradio frequency thermal coagulation method at a second temperature. The method disclosed by the invention is high in model forming rate, good in durability and suitable for clinical research of various neurogenic fecal incontinence.

Thermal coagulation electrode

The embodiment of the invention provides a thermal coagulation electrode. The thermal coagulation electrode comprises a thermal coagulation electrode body, a temperature sensor and an operating device, the thermal coagulation electrode body comprises a first pipe body and a plurality of electrode points arranged on the first tube body, and each electrode point can form a thermal coagulation area around the electrode points under the control of external equipment; the temperature sensor is partially arranged in the first pipe body, and the temperature sensor comprises a temperature connecting line arranged in the first pipe body and a plurality of temperature measuring elements arranged on the temperature connecting line; and the operating device is connected with the temperature sensor located outside the first pipe body and can drive the temperature connecting line to move in the first pipe body so as to measure the temperature of one or more thermal coagulation areas. When the thermal coagulation electrode is adopted to perform thermal coagulation on the human tissue, the temperature of any thermal coagulation area formed by the electrode points on the first pipe body can be detected.
