When the ambient light intensity is lower, the method and the system can realize that the backlight of the display screen is lighted up in a level-to-level manner, the eyes of a user can slowly adapt to the backlight brightness of the display screen, and the problems that the user suddenly sees the bright display screen in a dark environment to result in dazzling and uncomforting of eyes are avoided.
