The invention discloses a warp-knitted wave-like jacquard velvet fabric and a production process thereof, and belongs to the field of
spinning. Firstly, GB1 and GB2 are taken as
waves to form combs, a'progressive-fast back-off 'asymmetric
yarn laying curve is shared, and periodic hollow penetration is transversely arranged, so that long floating line segments bulge on the front surface of a fabric in a stepped manner, and short floating line segments are relatively concave downwards to form a
natural wave skeleton; the GB3 is used for chaining to lock the longitudinal row spacing, and the GB4 is used for weft
insertion to restrain transverse retraction; the GB1 is made of dull
polyester FDY, the GB2 is made of bright cation dyeable FDY, and the GB1 and the GB2 are alternately exposed in an empty penetrating section; long floating line segments of the GB1 and the GB2 are set as'pull-up areas', short floating line segments of the GB1 and the GB2 are set as'low velvet retaining areas', only the front face of the process is acted during single-face napping, the long floating lines are pulled up to form high velvet, only the napping ends of the short floating lines form low velvet, and natural fall is completed through one-time napping
stroke; and GB3 and GB4 tight coils provide foundation tension to prevent collapse of a high down level.
