new energy output characteristics, and a preliminary collaborative planning scheme is generated; formulating an
active support strategy according to a power supply configuration result, determining a scheduling plan and generating an
energy management and control
instruction sequence, constructing typical and
extreme weather scenes for collaborative operation
simulation, and obtaining power supply output and
power flow distribution; the node carbon
emission intensity and the total system carbon emission amount are calculated through
tidal current tracking in combination with the carbon emission factors, and carbon emission space-
time distribution is generated; and comprehensively evaluating the collaborative planning scheme through a multi-dimensional evaluation index, and generating a visual decision support report.
