This application discloses a real-time mediastinal anatomy recognition system and device, comprising: real-time acquisition of intraoperative endoscopic video stream, and access to an individualized three-dimensional anatomical model corresponding to the current patient and an intraoperative near-infrared fluorescence imaging device, wherein the individualized three-dimensional anatomical model is used to generate three-dimensional anatomical data, and the near-infrared fluorescence imaging device is used to generate near-infrared fluorescence imaging signals; using a pre-trained deep learning segmentation model, performing pixel-level semantic segmentation on the current frame of the endoscopic video stream to generate a contour segmentation map in real time; performing real-time registration and spatial overlay of the contour segmentation map, three-dimensional anatomical data, and near-infrared fluorescence imaging signals to generate a fused and enhanced real-world image; in the real-world image, determining in real time the spatial positional relationship between the tip of the surgical instrument and a preset danger proximity area in the mediastinal anatomical structure map; and automatically triggering a corresponding warning signal when the tip of the instrument enters any designated preset danger proximity area.

The present invention relates to an anatomy device (100) comprising an anatomy tool (110) for anatomy of biological material from an identified region of interest (ROI) within a tissue sample placed on a slide (130) wherein the device is equipped with a light source (160) for illuminating the tissue sample and an imaging module (150) comprising an image sensor (155) and an image processor (153), the image processor is registered to capture a first image of the tissue sample prior to anatomy and to register an annotation boundary (210) of the ROI onto the first image, the annotation boundary having been identified from a reference image of a respective reference sample. The imaging module is further configured to capture a second image of the tissue sample after anatomy, where the image sensor (153) is programmed using an algorithm that performs the steps of:-detecting an implemented anatomical boundary (220) based on a pixel-level comparison of the first image and the second image, thereby determining an intensity change; -comparing the detected anatomical boundary (220) with the registered annotation boundary (210), thereby determining at least one indication representative of a quality of implementation of the anatomical result; and-generating a quality report (170), said quality report comprising at least one determined indication.
