diaphorina citri. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a
thiamethoxam methanol solution into a 2-methylimidazole solution, ultrasonically dispersing, adding a
zinc nitrate solution while stirring, continuously stirring for 1 hour at
room temperature, centrifuging, washing, and removing
thiamethoxam to obtain THX ZIF-8 nanoparticles; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding THX-coated ZIF-8 nano-particles into a
Tris-HCl
buffer solution, stirring and dispersing, adding
dopamine hydrochloride, stirring, centrifuging and washing at
room temperature, repeating for three times, and
drying overnight to obtain THX-coated ZIF-8 / PDA
solid powder, namely the intelligent slow-release nano-
pesticide. The nano pesticide not only can effectively prevent and treat
diaphorina citri, but also can provide a new strategy for comprehensive prevention and control of the citrus liberobacter asiaticum by reducing the ROS level in plants, enhancing the
immunity of the plants and reducing proliferation of the liberobacter asiaticum in the citrus plants.
