The invention provides a breeding method of a new breed of high-yield fur sheep. Taihang fur sheep serve as female parents, and Tan sheep and Hu sheep serve as male parents for three-time grading hybridization and backcross; and the breed of the high-quality fur sheep with 'string patterns' is bred according to two-phase and three-phase phenotypic selection methods and the like. In the breeding method, the productivity and the fur quality of the Taihang fur sheep are improved by using the Hu sheep breed and the Tan sheep breed to be in hybridized and combined with the Taihang fur sheep and comprehensively utilizing the characteristics of high reproductive capacity, large wool yield and good fur quality of the Hu sheep and excellent fur patterns, good warming performance, no easy bonding, compact fur board, light weight and burliness of the Tan sheep on the basis of retaining the advantages of strong adaptability, crude feed resistance, strong disease resistance, easy management and the like of original breeds. Furs skinned from the high-yield fur sheep obtained by adopting the breeding method in the invention and killed at the age of about 30 days have excellent patterns such as the string patterns, big soft patterns and the like; moreover, the high-yield fur sheep have high lambing rate which is improved by 40% compared with the Taihang fur sheep.

The galinsoga parviflora has resistance and hyperaccumulation feature to cadmium heavy metal, the seedlings absorb and accumulate the cadmium heavy metal in the contaminated soil of the orchard, and the cadmium is transferred to the aboveground part to reduce the cadmium content in the orchard soil, so that the purpose of reducing the cadmium content in the contaminated soil of the orchard is achieved. In addition, the galinsoga parviflora has strong reproductive capacity, grows quickly and is shade-tolerant, the base part has strong branching capacity and can sprout after being harvested; the galinsoga parviflora can be planted almost all the year round in southern China and can grow in extremely barren land, the cost is low, the operability is high, and a new plant genetic resource is developed for phytoremediation of the heavy metal cadmium contaminated orchard soil.

Artificial ripening cultivation method for Parent snail of Hemifusus tuba Gmelin

The present invention relates to a method for artificially ripening parent snail of Hemifusus tuba Gmelin. The aim of the invention is to provide a parent snail cultivation method which causes the Hemifusus tuba Gmelin to ripen and spawn beforehand and increases the individual reproductive capacity. According to the method, the healthy and sexual mature Hemifusus tuba Gmelin is selected and is transferred to indoor cement pit for executing artificial strengthening ripening cultivation. The water temperature and illumination are respectively controlled in the range of 26-28 DEG C and 310-5300 LX in daily management. The baits of shellfish meat, crab meat, etc. which have comprehensive nutrition are fed. The method of the invention basically satisfies the environmental conditions (temperature and illumination) and nutrition requirement for developing the gonad of Hemifusus tuba Gmelin to mature. The Hemifusus tuba Gmelin ripens and spawns before those of other cultivation method for 25-30 days. Furthermore the spawning time is more consistent and the Hemifusus tuba Gmelin can spawn repeatedly for a plurality of times thereby increasing the individual reproductive capacity of Hemifusus tuba Gmelin and settling the problem of fingerling shortage in the large-scale cultivation of Hemifusus tuba Gmelin. The method of the invention is suitable for the parent cultivation in the artificial propagation of Hemifusus tuba Gmelin.

The cryopreservation protection solution for the placenta amniotic mesenchymal stem cells is prepared from 10-20 v/v% of DMSO, 30-80 v/v% of placenta amniotic mesenchymal stem cell conditioned media and 10-50 v/v% of fetal calf serums. After the cryopreservation protection solution is adopted for cryopreservation before resuscitation, the cell recovery rate is obviously higher than that of a conventional cryopreservation solution, and the cell reproductive capacity is superior to that of a conventional cell cryopreservation solution. According to the cryopreservation method, the placenta amniotic mesenchymal stem cells are digested and centrifuged, the placenta amniotic mesenchymal stem cell conditioned media are added for adjusting cell density, and the cells are cryopreserved after the cryopreservation protection solution with the same volume as the media is added. After the cells cryopreserved through the cryopreservation method resuscitate, the cell recovery rate is obviously higher than that of a conventional method, and the cell reproductive capacity is superior to that of a conventional cryopreservation method.
