The embodiment provides a tumor-targeting drug medication efficacy evaluation device and method, the device comprises a PEC sensing electrode, an excitation light source and a data processing circuit, the irradiation range of the excitation light source covers the PEC sensing electrode; the PEC sensing electrode is electrically connected with the data processing circuit; the PEC sensing electrode is used to be placed in a buffer electrolyte, the buffer electrolyte is an acidic buffer electrolyte, and the buffer electrolyte is used to acidify a blood sample of a tumor patient; under the irradiation of the excitation light source, the PEC sensing electrode is used to transmit a detection electric signal to the data processing circuit, the detection electric signal is used to indicate the iron ion content in the blood sample of the tumor patient, the tumor-targeting drug is a targeting drug based on a cell iron death mechanism, and the iron ion content in the blood sample of the tumor patient is used to evaluate the medication efficacy of the tumor-targeting drug on the tumor patient. The embodiment of the application can simply, timely, efficiently and accurately realize the detection of the iron content in the patient's body to evaluate the medication efficacy of the targeting drug of the patient.
