The invention provides a porcine embryo transplantation method, which comprises the steps as follows: (1) a recipient sow is processed through manual restraint, a cunnus part is cleaned, a deep uterus spermaduct outer-tube is inserted into a vagina until a spongy top plugs up a cervical orifice, and then a flexibility tubule is inserted in a deep uterus spermaduct to reach a uterine cornu; (2) the tubule is rinsed by perfusing embryo culture media for the first time, the embryo culture media is perfused for the second time, a porcine embryo which grows to reach a blastula stage is injected into the tubule from an external opening and is mixed with the embryo culture media, the mixed solution is led by the tubule to enter the uterine cornu, then the embryo culture media is injected to rinse the tubule for the third time, the part of the external opening of the tubule is folded, and liquid flows into a uterus completely by utilizing air-pressure; and (3) the deep uterus spermaduct outer-tube is drawn out after the tubule is drawn out, and then the recipient sow is led to keep the standing posture for at least 15 minutes. During the process of porcine embryo transplantation, the porcine embryo transplantation method needs no anaesthesia and operation, and solves the problems that injury and pains are brought to the recipient sow during the process of the porcine embryo transplantation.
