product processing jig which comprises three
graphite jigs, the lower part of the side of each
graphite jig is formed with a spherical surface groove, the middle part is formed with an arc surface groove, and the top part is formed with a
flange groove; the arc surface groove is connected with the spherical surface groove; the spherical surface grooves of the three
graphite jigs enclose a ball head space for accommodating a ball head; the arc surface grooves of the three graphite jigs enclose a
pipe body space for accommodating a
pipe body; and the
flange grooves of the three graphite jigs enclose a
flange space for accommodating a flange; the ball head space, the
pipe body space and the flange space are coaxially distributed. The
processing jig provided by the application encloses the coaxially distributed ball head space, the pipe
body space and the flange space by the three graphite jigs, is used for sequentially attaching the ball head, the pipe body and the flange, and can jointly guarantee the coaxiality of the flange, the pipe body and the ball head and the runout of the ball head; meanwhile, the three graphite jigs are designed by using the self-centering principle of three-jaw chucks, and do not need to fix and adjust parts for many times.
