virtual power plant distributed resource cooperative control method and device for a power distribution network, and belongs to the technical field of power
system operation control, and the method comprises the steps: dividing the power distribution network into a plurality of
voltage control regions, each region comprises a plurality of autonomous units and is provided with a
voltage intelligent agent, and the
voltage control regions are provided with region coordinators; a voltage agent collects local voltage through a sensing layer, exchanges data with an adjacent agent through a
communication layer to construct an electrical
neighbor relation network, constructs a local
potential field function, dynamically updates voltage-reactive sensitivity by injecting a reactive test
signal, and further calculates and outputs a reactive
power regulation instruction and issues the instruction to a distributed resource; and when voltage out-of-limit or instruction oscillation is detected, the regional coordinator is activated, collects state information, redistributes reactive support tasks by using a consistency
algorithm, sleeps after arbitration conflicts, and finally summarizes a result and an operation state to generate a report and uploads the report to the central controller of the
virtual power plant. And the reliability, the self-adaptability and the operation efficiency of
voltage control of the power distribution network are improved.
