occurrence probability, the winter wheat average yield
reduction rate and the winter wheat yield reduction rate variation coefficient, constructing a winter wheat spring low-temperature disaster climate
risk index; and carrying out risk grade division according to the winter wheat spring low-temperature disaster climate
risk index. The accuracy of winter wheat spring low-temperature disaster climate risk quantitative evaluation is improved.
