The method comprises the following steps of: a, preprocessing of deformation monitoring data; b, determination of a multi-stage deformation rate threshold Vt; c, determination of a deformation rate increment [Delta]V; d, division of different landslide deformation rate curve features; and e, integration early warning through combination of the multi-stage deformation rate threshold Vt and the deformation rateincrement [Delta]V. The multi-stage deformation rate threshold is arranged to determine whether the landslide generate a large deformation or not in advance and track a deformation development trendin real time based on the deformation rate increment, and therefore, the combination thereof achieves total-process early warning of the sudden loess landslide, the early warning accuracy and the early warning efficiency are greatly improved, and the disaster prevention applicability is good.

A method for representing single-crystal Ni-base alloy creep resistance comprises the steps of building a creep curve model suitable for single-crystal Ni-base alloy creep characteristics; determining model parameters to obtain a creep curve equation; performing creep data regression to obtain a fitting creep curve for describing a creep process; obtaining a creep rate equation, obtaining the minimum calculation creep rate and calculating a creep rate curve; combining specific requirements for representing the single-crystal Ni-base alloy creep resistance.Various single-crystal Ni-base alloy creep curves under constant temperature and constant stress except the extremely-high temperature or extremely-high stress and creep rate distribution can be accurately expressed; the corresponding relations of various creep curve equation items and creep parameters and alloy creep curves is revealed; the problem that some alloy cannot represent creep characteristics easily through the creep activated energy and stress indexes is solved; and the method is of great importance in further knowing the creep characteristics and rules of single-crystal Ni-base alloy.

Feedback control of chemical mechanical polishing device providing manipulation of removal rate profiles

A method of controlling surface non-uniformity of a wafer in a polishing operation includes (a) providing a model for a wafer polishing that defines a plurality of regions on a wafer and identifies a wafer material removal rate in a polishing step of a polishing process for each of the regions, wherein the polishing process comprises a plurality of polishing steps, (b) polishing a wafer using a first polishing recipe based upon an incoming wafer thickness profile, (c) determining a wafer thickness profile for the post-polished wafer of step (b), and (d) calculating an updated polishing recipe based upon the wafer thickness profile of step (c) and the model of step (a) to maintain a target wafer thickness profile. The model can information about the tool state to improve the model quality. The method can be used to provide feedback to a plurality of platen stations.
