A novel foam concrete block for self-heat-insulation of a wall body relates to a light-weight foam concrete block for heat insulation of a wall body. In the invention, the foam concrete block, of which the porosity and the pore size are changed continuously, is formed by mixing and stirring a large-flowability slurry material and foams in different proportions and continuously pouring the mixture. The large-flowability slurry material is composed of following components, by mass: 100 parts of cement, 10-30 parts of a blending material, 0-5 parts of an additive agent, 0-3 parts of fibers, 0.5-5 parts of a water reducing agent and 25-84 parts of water. According to the required compressive strength and thermal resistance of the block, addition rate curves of the foam and the slurry material are designed. A finished product of the foam concrete block is prepared through continuously material feeding, material stirring, material discharging, pouring and maintenance. The novel self-heat-insulation foam concrete block is wide in source of raw materials, is simple in producing process, is low in cost and is controllable in performances. The foam concrete block can be widely applied in a single heat-insulation wall body of an external wall (self heat-insulation of the wall body), internal and external separation walls in frame structure, back board walls of a large wall cabinet, and fireproof, sound-insulating and heat-insulating layers of internal wall.
