This invention relates to the technical field of
emulsion explosive packaging, and more particularly to a
processing device for
emulsion explosives. A feeding
pipe is located in the middle of the
machine body, connecting to an external feeding device. A mounting plate is fixedly connected to the top of the
machine body, and a cylindrical block is located at the bottom of the mounting plate. The lower end of the feeding
pipe passes through the cylindrical block. Symmetrical sliding blocks are provided on the mounting plate, and clamping arc blocks are slidably connected to the sliding blocks. A bidirectional
threaded rod is rotatably connected to the mounting plate, and the bidirectional
threaded rod is threadedly connected to the sliding blocks. A dual-axis motor is mounted on the mounting plate, and the dual-axis motor is connected to the bidirectional
threaded rod. This solution effectively solves the problem of
powder splashing and scattering during existing
powder bagging processes, ensuring the health of operators and meeting industrial production safety and
environmental protection requirements. The dual-axis motor and bidirectional threaded rod drive the clamping arc blocks to clamp the pre-made bag opening, and in conjunction with a
piston rod and air cylinder, inflates the
airbag block, sealing the gap between the bag opening and the cylindrical block.
