Abstract

The invention discloses a disperse dye printing technology for a polyester blanket. The technological process comprises steps of printing, pre-baking, aging, washing and tender drying. With adoption of either low-temperature dyeing carrier printing technology or high-temperature and high-pressure aging printing technology, the medium-temperature AF-series disperse dye can guarantee chromatic aberration in a range from grade 4 to grade 5, color reproducibility and brilliance are good, the shape of a color fixation rate curve is more flat or a flat area is wider, mutual splicing is facilitated, dye molecule particle size and particle size distribution are more concentrated, crystal form stability and reproducibility are good, the hue change in certain temperature fluctuation range is small, and front and back roll-to-roll shading is more stable; and besides, the dye has good synchronous fadedness, light fastness and staining fastness and totally meets JIS (Japanese industrial standards) of Japanese textile testing, and the rate of graded products of warp knitting fabric blanket and woolen blanket production is higher than 98%.
