Method for forming fine copper particle sintered product type of electric conductor having fine shape, method for forming fine copper wiring and thin copper film using said method

The present invention provides a process for forming a copper fine particle sintered product type of a fine-shaped electric conductor showing superior electroconductivity, which comprises steps of drawing a fine pattern with the use of a dispersion containing the copper fine particles having a surface oxide film layer, conducting a treatment for reducing the copper fine particles with the surface oxide film layer or copper oxide fine particles included in the pattern at a comparatively low temperature, and baking the resultant copper fine particles. Specifically, the process carries out the processes of; applying a dispersion containing the copper fine particles having the surface oxide film layer thereon or the copper oxide fine particles with an average particle diameter of 10 μm or smaller onto a substrate; and then performing a series of the heat treatment steps of heating the particles in the coated layer at temperature of 350° C. or lower under an atmosphere containing a vapor and a gas of a compound having reducibility to reduce the oxide film by a reduction reaction which used the compound having reducibility as a reducing agent, subsequently repeating a heat treatment combining an oxidizing treatment of a short time with a re-reducing treatment, and sintering the resultant copper fine particles with each other to form a layer of the sintered product.

The present invention provides a method for fine processing of a substrate, a method for fabrication of a substrate, and a light emitting device. In the method for fine processing of a substrate, after removing a single particle layer from the substrate having the single particle layer, a hole having an inner diameter smaller than a diameter of a particle and centering on a position on the substrate where each particle constructing the single particle layer has been placed is formed by etching. The method for fabrication of a substrateincludesthefollowingsteps (I) to (V) inthisorder:
  • (I) forming the single particle layer by arranging the particles on the substrate;
  • (II) reducing the diameter of each of the particles by etching the obtained substrate;
  • (III) forming a thin film composed of a mask material on the obtained substrate;
  • (IV) removing the particle from the substrate and forming a mask having a hole with an inner diameter equivalent to the diameter of the particle at the position where the individual particle has existed; and
  • (V) forming a hole with a diameter equivalent to the inner diameter of the hole of the mask on the substrate below the hole of the mask by etching the substrate using the mask. The light emitting device is made of a nitride semiconductor and is formed with a fine hole on an entire surface or a partial region of a light extraction surface and/or an opposing surface.

Spirulina phatensis polysaccharide and extraction method thereof

The invention relates to spirulina phatensis polysaccharide and an extraction method thereof. The extraction method comprises the following steps of: immersing spirulina which is taken as a raw material at room temperature for seven days by using industrial ethanol, pouring ethanol, airing solid, carrying out extraction for many times by using boiling water, dialyzing fluid water for two days, after concentrating intra-dialysate, centrifuging, adding a trichloroacetic acid solution to eliminate protein, neutralizing by adding an NAOH solution till the pH value is 6.5-7.5, after dialyzing and concentrating fluid water, centrifuging, adding triploid product of industrial ethanol into supernate, standing for one night, centrifugally collecting precipitation, and drying after washing through absolute ethyl alcohol and acetone respectively so as to obtain crude aqueous extraction spirulina phatensis polysaccharide; and carrying out solid residue alkali extraction to obtain crude alkali extraction spirulina phatensis polysaccharide, and separating and eluting crude polysaccharide so as to obtain pure polysaccharide. The chemical structure of the spirulina phatensis polysaccharide is characterized in that a main chain is composed of 1,4-connection alpha-D-glucose; average every eight main chain residues have one branch; substitution is at the sixth position of a branch point; and the branch is composed of one or two 1.6 connection glucose. The extraction method of the spirulina phatensis polysaccharide disclosed by the invention is simple and convenient and has good reproducibility.

Method for synchronously detecting plurality of organophosphorus fire retardants in bottom mud

The invention discloses a method for synchronously detecting a plurality of organophosphorus fire retardants in bottom mud, belonging to the detection field of trace amount of organophosphorus fire retardants in the environment. The method comprises the main steps of firstly, extracting a target object in a sample through an accelerated solvent extraction instrument; purifying by a gel permeation chromatography; further purifying and enriching by adopting a solid-phase small extraction column; and finally, concentrating and making up to the constant volume and detecting and quantifying by using a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. According to the invention, a pre-treatment method for the organophosphorus fire retardants in the bottom mud is established and optimized, the automation degree is high and the repeatability is good; the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer is used for carrying out quantitative detection, the detection limit is low and the sensitivity is high; the detection limit to nine types of the organophosphorus fire retardants are lower than 0.340 microgram per gram. According to the method, the synchronous analysis and detection on the plurality of trace amount of organophosphorus fire retardants in a complicated environment medium, namely the bottom mud, is realized; the sensitivity and the accuracy are achieved, and the method makes up the disadvantages of the technology in the field.
