56 results about "Indolocarbazole" patented technology

Indolocarbazoles (ICZs) are a class of compounds that are under current study due to their potential as anti-cancer drugs and the prospective number of derivatives and uses found from the basic backbone alone. First isolated in 1977, a wide range of structures and derivatives have been found or developed throughout the world. Due to the extensive number of structures available, this review will focus on the more important groups here while covering their occurrence, biological activity, biosynthesis, and laboratory synthesis.

A plurality of indolocarbazole alkaloids having strong insect disinfestation activities, and production strain thereof

The present invention discloses a plurality of indolocarbazole alkaloids having strong insect disinfestation activities, and a production strain of the indolocarbazole alkaloids. The indolocarbazole alkaloid compound production strain CQT14-24 is a marine Streptomyces nitrosporeus CQT14-24 strain, wherein the strain is subjected to artificial culture, and the obtained fermentation product is extracted by the conventional chemical method so as to obtain four indolocarbazole alkaloids and an anthraquinone compound. According to the present invention, the indolocarbazole alkaloids and the one anthraquinone compound provide strong killing effects on a variety of cultivated plant pests, particularly the pests having characteristics of spreading in agriculture and forestry production and serious harm and comprising Pieris rapae, Brevicoryne brassicae, Hyphantria cunea, Plutella xyllostella, Mythimna separate and Helicoverpa armigera, wherein the relative mortality rate achieves 81.9-100%, the polypide is seriously reduced, the growth inhibition rate is 100%, and the imago pupation rate is reduced by 70.4-86.7%; and the strain is subjected to acclimation through the artificial culture, and has characteristics of stable feature, easy culture, simple and feasible operation method, no environmental pollution, short period, cheap raw materials, low production cost, good development prospect, and easy industrialization achieving.

The invention provides an indolocarbazole-based organic light-emitting material and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of organic photoelectric materials. Indolo[3,2-b]carbazole is used as an electron donating core, two N atoms of the indolo[3,2-b]carbazole are respectively connected with the same acceptor groups, and the organic light-emitting material which has the characteristics that molecular structures among a plurality of donor groups and acceptor groups are distorted and has the thermal activation delayed fluorescence characteristic is synthesized. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding indolo[3,2-b]carbazole, a halogenated acceptor compound, an organic alkali, a palladium catalyst and a phosphine ligand into toluene according to a certain molar ratio under the protection of nitrogen, conducting heating to 110-120 DEG C, conducting reacting for 10-14 hours, and carrying out suction filtration and recrystallization. The organic electroluminescent device using the organic luminescent material has theoretically 100% IQE and relatively high EQE, realizes efficient emission of blue light, green light and red light, and has wide application prospects.
