The invention discloses a high molecular weight polyether sulphone polymer with a side group containing carboxyl and a preparation method of the high molecular weight polyether sulphone polymer with the side group containing the carboxyl. The preparation method comprises the steps that by adopting compound alkali and an inertia double-solvent, solution polycondensation is carried out on 4,4'-dichloro diphenyl sulfone and a diphenolic acid monomer, so that the high molecular weight polyether sulphone polymer with the side group containing the carboxyl is obtained. The high molecular weight polyether sulphone polymer with the side group containing the carboxyl has the advantages that weight-average molecular weight is 1000-150000 and tensile strength is 30-120MPa, and the high molecular weight polyether sulphone polymer with the side group containing the carboxyl has high molecular weight, easy film formation, good mechanical property, good thermal stability and high glass transition temperature; adsorbing capacity of the high molecular weight polyether sulphone polymer with the side group containing the carboxyl to Cu<2+> when pH is 1-7 is 0.02-2mmol/g, the high molecular weight polyether sulphone polymer with the side group containing the carboxyl can be reused after being regenerated, the adsorption rate of the regenerated polymer to Cu<2+> is still more than 90% of the adsorbing capacity of the high molecular weight polyether sulphone polymer with the side group containing the carboxyl to Cu<2+>, and the high molecular weight polyether sulphone polymer with the side group containing the carboxyl can be applied to preparation of a Cu<2+> adsorbing agent and has a broad application prospect in the aspects of water treatment field, membrane separation, fuel cells and the like.

The invention discloses a diphenolic acid type polyarylether dielectric material with a side chain containing methylsulfonyl and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps:1, carrying out a reflux reaction on diphenolic acid, potassium carbonate, potassium hydroxide and a dehydrating agent in a polar aprotic solvent in a protective atmosphere, adding a dihalogenated aromatic compound monomer, removing water and the dehydrating agent, reacting at 160-190 DEG C, pouring the reaction solution into acetone, adding an acid solution, soaking, and separating a product; 2,reacting for 1-36 hours at room temperature in a protective atmosphere; and 3, reacting the product with methylsulfonyl alcohol at room temperature for 24-72 hours in a protective atmosphere, then separating, and drying to obtain the diphenolic acid type polyarylether dielectric material with the methylsulfonyl-containing side chain. According to the invention, the dielectric constant is increased by utilizing the rotation of ester groups and methylsulfonyl groups on the side chain of the diphenolic acid type polyarylether polymer; meanwhile, introduction of a diphenolic acid structure and alarge number of ether bonds ensures that the dielectric material can maintain rigidity, and a polymer film with good heat resistance and excellent mechanical properties can be obtained.

Concrete water reducer and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a concrete water reducer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: 4,4-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl) valeric acid, polypropylene glycol and p-toluene sulfonic acid are added to a reaction vessel and mixed uniformly, a mixture is then subjected to an esterification reaction, and modified diphenolic acid is obtained; b), modified diphenolic acid, sodium citrate and anhydrous dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid are mixed in water, and a mixed solution is obtained; c), a formaldehyde solution is dropwise added to the mixed solution, the mixed solution is heated to 45-50 DEG C and subjected to a reaction for 0.6-1.3 h, then the mixed solution is continuously heated to 70-95 DEG C and subjected to a reaction for 7-9 h, and an aqueous solution containing a water reducer is obtained. The water reducer provided by the invention contains sulfonate groups and terminal hydroxyl groups with quite good hydrophility, and compared with the prior art, the water reducer has the advantages that liquidity of concrete can be improved and the bleeding performance of the concrete can be greatly improved; meanwhile, compared with sulfonic acid series water reducers in the prior art, the concrete water reducer is high in water recuing rate and low in bleeding rate and is cheaper than a polycarboxylic type water reducer.
