The hydroxyl value result obtained by the present method has a relative deviation of less than 5% from the result obtained by the phthalic anhydride acylation method in the national standard GB / T 12008.3-2009, and the two results are close and highly accurate. The present invention discloses a high-solids, three-coat, one-bake mid-coat for automobiles based on a water-based acrylic resin.
