alloy, the material comprises 74%-86% of
bismuth-based
alloy powder, 10%-15% of Fe3O4-SiO2 core-shell magnetic particles, 3%-8% of a
microwave sensitizer and 1%-3% of a
wetting agent. The repairing material is conveyed to the position, where shaft crack plugging repairing needs to be conducted, in the oil and gas shaft, then the repairing material is melted in a
microwave heating mode, then the melted
alloy is filled in shaft crack plugging, and then a rotating gradient
magnetic field is used for repairing the oil and gas shaft crack. And the
liquid alloy is driven to directionally migrate to a target crack area along the
