There is provided a backside protective sheet for a solar battery module that is excellent in strength as well as in various properties such as weathering resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, light resistance, wind pressure resistance, hailstorm resistance, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, antifouling properties, light reflectivity, light diffusivity, and design, and is particularly excellent in the so-called “moisture resistance,” which is the ability to prevent the entry of moisture, oxygen and the like, and durability against performance degradation with time, particularly against hydrolytic degradation and the like, and is also excellent in protective capability. There is also provided a backside protective sheet for a solar battery module, which can facilitate inventory control by properly using the front side and back side of the protective sheet depending upon applications and is excellent in cost performance, and a solar battery module using the same. The invention belongs to the technical field of a new chemical material, and in particular relates to a high-durability super-hydrophobic self-cleaning coating material and a preparation method thereof. The coating material of the invention is prepared by curing and drying nanoparticles with photo-catalytic activity, a low-surface-free-energy polymer and a cross-linking agent at the room temperature, wherein the low-surface-free-energy polymer consists of one or more of polysiloxane fluoride, dimethyl silicone polymer and polyphenylene methyl siloxane, which contain active groups, such as hydroxyl alkoxy group, carbon-carbon double bond, silanol group, siloxy group, and the like; the cross-linking agent is hydrogen-containing silicone oil or aminosilane; and the mass content of the photo-catalytic nanoparticles in the coating ranges from 10 to 60 percent. The coating is formed into a micro-nanostructure by nanoparticle self-organization; a super-hydrophobic self-cleaning coating with lotus effect is prepared from the coating and a cross-linked filming matrix with low surface energy; the persistence of a lotus-shaped super-hydrophobic characteristic of the coating is realized by using the photo-catalytic decomposition characteristic of an organic pollutant for the nanoparticles; and thus the material is suitable for large-area construction and has high weathering resistance andprominent self-cleaning characteristic.

Environment-friendly light heat-insulating material and manufacturing method thereof

The invention relates to an environment-friendly light heat-insulating material for fireproof doors and buildings, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: pretreating plant hollow core bodies and/or flexible porous fillers by using a water glass adhesive; mixing with inorganic fire-resistant hollow particles; and performing mould pressing, shaping and drying to obtain the environment-friendly light heat-insulating material. The hollow core bodies and the flexible porous fillers are arranged multidirectionally; one layer of water glass adhesive is arranged at least on the surfaces of the hollow core bodies and the flexible porous fillers; and discontinuous holes are reserved between the hollow core bodies and/or the flexible porous fillers and the inorganic fire-resistant hollow particles. Preferably, the hollow core bodies are rice husks and straw sections; and the flexible porous fillers are foam and fibers. Renewable plant resources and recovered foam and fiber waste are adopted, so the environment-friendly light heat-insulating material is energy-saving and environment-friendly; and a large number of sealed holes are formed among the material particles through the penetration and coating of the modified water glass adhesive, and a heat-insulating hydrophobic corrosion-resistant multi-effect protective layer is provided, so the environment-friendly light heat-insulating material has good fireproof, heat-insulating and heat-preserving effects, high weather resistance, combined rigidity and toughness, low density and low cost.

The object of the present invention is to provide an interlayer film for laminated glass which exerts excellent heat insulation or electromagnetic wave transmittance and which is suitable for producing a laminated glass having excellent fundamental performance characteristics required for the laminated glass, such as transparency, especially good haze, appropriate bond strength between an interlayer film and glass, penetration resistance, impact absorption, weather resistance, and so on. Also, the object of the present invention is to provide a laminated glass produced by using the above-mentioned interlayer film. These objects are realized by the interlayer film for laminated glass comprising an adhesive resin, wherein the average particle diameter of tin-doped indium oxide and/or antimony-doped tin oxide is ranging from 0 to 80 nm, and the number of the tin-doped indium oxide or antimony-doped tin oxide particles with a particle diameter of not less than 100 nm are dispersed not more than 1 per 1 mum<2>, and also, by a laminated glass produced by interposing said interlayer film for laminated glass between at least a pair of glass sheets having a visible light transmittance rate (Tv) of not less than 65% in the light rays of 380 to 780 nm, a solar radiation transmittance rate (Ts) in the light rays of 300 to 2500 nm of not more than 80% of the mentioned visible light transmittance rate (Tv), the haze value (H) of up to 1.0% and electromagnetic wave shield (DeltadB) of not more than 11 dB in the wavelength of 10 to 2000 MHz.

Hydroxy acrylic resin aqueous dispersion and water-based coating prepared therefrom

The invention discloses a method for preparing a hydroxy acrylic resin aqueous dispersion and the hydroxy acrylic resin aqueous dispersion prepared by the same and water-based coating using the hydroxy acrylic resin aqueous dispersion as a film forming matter. The hydroxy acrylic resin aqueous dispersion is prepared by a step free radical solution polymerization process and obtains a nucleus-shell structure by using an initiator of a specific type and a chain transfer agent and by a high-temperature polymerization reaction. The nucleus has weak hydrophilicity and no carboxyl, and the shell has a strong hydrophilicity and is rich in carboxyl, so stable storage can be realized. The obtained hydroxy acrylic resin aqueous dispersion has the characteristics of low solution content, high solid content and low viscosity. The coating prepared from the hydroxy acrylic resin aqueous dispersion and a water-based amino resin or a water-based polyurethane cross-linking agent has the characteristics of high brightness, good water resistance and excellent weather resistance. The hydroxy acrylic resin aqueous dispersion can be used for preparing an excellent base material of high-performance environment-friendly industrial protective coatings and widely applied to topcoats and primer-topcoat coatings in various fields.

Back film of solar cell and preparing technique thereof

The invention discloses a solar panel back film and a technique for manufacturing the same. The back film comprises a PET film substrate with thickness of between 100 and 350 micrometers, wherein, fluoropolymer coatings with thickness of between 15 and 30 micrometers are coated on both sides of the substrate; an adhesive layer with thickness of between 0.5 and 5 micrometers is coated on the fluoropolymer coating on one side; the fluoropolymer coatings are obtained by direct coating of mixed latex which is obtained through mixture of various raw material compositions according to the mixture ratio and subsequent grinding treatment on the PET film substrate; the compositions by mass ratio of the raw materials of the fluoropolymer coatings are 30 to 55 percent of fluoride coating materials, 20 to 40 percent of solvent, 2 to 6 percent of cross-linking agent and curing agent and 15 to 40 percent of filling. The technique greatly improves the bonding strength between a back film layer and a layer, improves the ageing resistance, the weathering resistance of products, simultaneously improves the insulativity and the vapor permeability resistance due to the design of a multilayered structure and also can design and modify the performance and the appearance of the products as required.
