Of these components, the meter is preferably reusable, while the lancet and the electrochemical sensor are preferably incorporated in assemblies intended for single-use. The meter unit has a housing, within which a lancet is engaged with a mechanism for moving then lancet; a connector disposed within the housing for engaging an electrochemical sensor specific for the analyte and transmitting a signal indicative of the amount of analyte, and a display operatively-associated with a connector for displaying the amount of the analyte to user. The electrochemical sensor is adapted for detection of a particular analyte. In addition, the electrochemical sensor has an absorptive member for uptake of a sample of blood or interstitial fluid. In one version, the lancet moves from a initial position to a piercing position in which skin of the user is pierced and optionally back to a retracted position. The electrochemical sensor is disposed such that the absorptive member takes up a sample from the pierced skin of the user when it is pierced by the lancet without movement of the apparatus. In an alternative version, the lancet is a hollow cannula through which blood or interstitial fluid is transported from the puncture site to an absorbent portion of the electrochemical sensor. A novel and useful apparatus for and method of predistortion calibration and built-in self testing (BIST) of a nonlinear digitally-controlled radio frequency (RF) power amplifier (DPA) using subharmonic mixing. The RF power amplifier output is temporarily coupled into the frequency reference (FREF) input and the phase error samples generated in the phase locked loop (PLL) are then observed and analyzed. The digital predistortion and BIST mechanisms process the phase error samples to calibrate and test the DPA in the transmitter of the Digital RF Processor (DRP). The invention enables the characterization of nonlinearities, the configuration of internal predistortion, as well as the testing of the transmitter's analog / RF circuitry, thereby eliminating commonly employed RF performance testing using high-cost test equipment and associated extended test times.

Public transport bus exact stop method based on standard line matching

The invention discloses an accurate public traffic positioning method based on standard line matching, which pertains to the filed of dynamic public traffic information collection and is applied to dynamic information release and dynamic scheduling. The traditional method adopts the method of difference, inertial navigation or adding road test equipment to improve the positioning precision, and the equipment cost is increased due to the adding of additional hardware modules. According to the deviation or loss rule of the urban public traffic vehicle-bone GPS collected data, by being combined with the public traffic operation characters and on the basis of not increasing the equipment cost, the invention effectively improves the accuracy of the GPS positioning by being matched with the GIS public traffic line map data with the shape points of high density. The method firstly generates the GIS public traffic line map data with the shape points of high density and accurate stop positions so that the map data is taken as a reference to be used as the foundation for correcting the deviation and filling up the lost data, and matches the real-time collected data with the map data to obtain the precise position information, thus meeting the requirement of public traffic positioning. The method can also be applied to the problem of correcting other positioning information with fixed lines.
