The invention discloses waterborne room-temperature self-curing inorganic zinc rich coating. The coating is prepared by uniformly mixing a prepared base stock and powder in a mass ratio of 1:1.5-3.5, wherein the process of preparing the base stock comprises the following steps of: adding 5 to 10 parts of water into alkali metal silicates solution with the mode number of 2.5 to 3.7 and stirring the mixture at low speed; then adding silica sol drops with the grain diameter of 7 to 20nm and the solid content of 25 to 32 percent, dripping 1 to 10 parts of silane coupling agent and adding 0.5 to 2parts of stabilizing agent; and filtering out precipitates to obtain the transparent base stock. The inorganic zinc rich coating has high drying speed and good early-period waterproofness and can resist to washing with certain pressure after being dried for 20 minutes, has good salt spray corrosion resistance due to the adoption of multiple anticorrosion mechanisms and can resist to the high temperature of 400 DEG C. Meanwhile, the constructability of the conventional waterborne inorganic zinc rich coating is greatly improved; and the corrosion resistance year limit can reach over 15 years. The paint is prepared at normal temperature under normal pressure and has low production cost. The environmental protection requirement is met.

The invention relates to real-stone paint and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of building decorative materials. Firstly, an inorganic mineral rheological agent and a nonionic water-soluble cellulose ether are combined, so that the two components have the synergistic effect of guaranteeing viscosity of the real-stone paint and excellent constructability, and on the basis hereinabove, the usage amount of cellulose ether, which has water retention effect, in the real-stone paint is reduced, so that a paint film is reduced in the water retention effect and moisture volatilization is improved; secondly, alcohol ester-12 is combined with any one of four film forming additives, comprising ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, propylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether and benzyl alcohol, which have high volatile speed, thus accelerating film forming. For solving of a problem of poor antifouling performance of the real-stone paint, through reasonable combination of particle size of color sands and usage of a hydrophobic agent, the real-stone paint can form a compact film and a nano hydrophobic coating layer, which is completely composed of nano hydrophobic particles, is formed on the surface of the paint film, so that the paint film is reduced in surface energy and water absorbency, and is improved in antifouling performance.

Compared with common redispersible rubber powder, the redispersible rubber powder has an excellent water resisting property and can be widely applied to the building fields of outer wall paints, dry-mixed mortar and the like. When used for a building paint and mortar, the product can endow the building paint and the mortar with excellent water retention, weather fastness and constructability.

The mixture is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 50 to 70 percent of RAP material, 28.2 to 47.2 percent of aggregate and 1.8 to 2.8 percent of newly-doped asphalt and warm mix regenerant; the content of the warm mix regenerant is 0.3 to 0.5 percent of the mass of the newly-doped asphalt. The preparation method comprises the following steps of reclaiming and stacking of the RAP material, crushing and screening of a reclaimed material, stacking and detection of a reference material in different bins, and preparation of the warm mix recycled asphalt mixture. The RAP material, the aggregate, the asphalt and the warm mix regenerant are taken according to the requirement of raw material proportioning and are subjected to mixing treatment according to a conventional production technique of a hot-mixed asphalt mixture, wherein the mixing temperature is 120 to 140DEG C, and the mixing time is 20 to 35s, and finally the recycled asphalt mixture is obtained. The warm mix recycled asphalt mixture has the advantages of high RAP mixture ratio, low heating and constructing temperature, good constructability, easiness and pavement performance, low energy consumption, low emission and the like.

The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of high molecular materials, particularly relates to halogen-free flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin and a preparation method of the halogen-free flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin. The halogen-free flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin is prepared by the following steps: by esterification and polycondensation of organic polyatomic alcohol, saturated or unsaturated polybasic acid or acid anhydride, and reactive flame retardant, a polymer is formed; and the polymer is dissolved in styrene containing polymerization inhibitor and then mixed with additive flame retardant. The halogen-free flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin and the composite of the resin can be broadly applied to such products with high requirement for flame-retardant property as building materials, automobile parts and the like and especially applicable to such glass fiber reinforced plastic products with low-smoke and flame-retardant requirements as hand layup passenger trains.
