The invention discloses a long-acting anti-
corrosion zinc-aluminum-
magnesium coating and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of anti-
corrosion coatings. The
coating is prepared from, by weight, 20-35 parts of
zinc-aluminum-
magnesium alloy powder (the
zinc content is 65-75% by weight, the aluminum content is 15-25% by weight, and the
magnesium content is 5-10% by weight), 15-25 parts of polysiloxane resin, 10-18 parts of
fluorocarbon modified resin, 8-15 parts of
epoxy resin, 12-20 parts of
pigment filler, auxiliaries and a
solvent, and the preparation method comprises the steps of pretreatment, base material preparation,
grinding and dispersing, blending, filtering and packaging. According to the invention, through a synergic anticorrosion mechanism of the zinc-aluminum-
magnesium alloy and in combination with a composite
system of polysiloxane and
fluorocarbon modified resin, multifunctional synergism of long-acting anticorrosion,
water resistance,
fire resistance, stealth, heat insulation and the like is realized, the anticorrosion service life reaches 15 years or more, the salt spray resistance reaches 3000 hours or more, and the
coating is suitable for
metal structure protection in the fields of ships, airplanes, high-speed rails, ocean
engineering and the like.
