The invention discloses a heating system feedforward control method integrating building thermal inertia and meteorological prediction, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, dynamically identifying building thermal parameters of each room so as to quantify the thermal inertia; then, inputting the parameters and future meteorological prediction data into a feedforward controller; and the controller predicts a room temperature change trend caused by future meteorological disturbance based on a thermodynamic model, calculates a required feedforward compensation control quantity, and adjusts a heating system in advance so as to counteract the disturbance.
