The embodiment of the invention provides a temperature drift self-healing control method and device for a high-temperature aging table of an integrated circuit. The temperature drift self-healing control method for the high-temperature aging table of the integrated circuit comprises the following steps: acquiring first output results of at least two temperature sensors of a high-temperature test box of the aging table at the current moment and second output results of a plurality of historical moments; determining the distance between the temperature sensors at the current moment based on the first output result and the second output result; determining a weight corresponding to each temperature sensor according to the distance; determining the fault type of the target temperature sensor based on the first output result and the second output result under the condition that the target temperature sensor is determined to have a fault according to the weight; and performing fault correction on the target temperature sensor based on the fault type.
