system comprises a high-temperature
inert gas loop, a gas circulation driving module, a
gas heating module, a gas heat exchange module, a
gas cooling module, a gas purification and supplement module and a precise
temperature sensing and control module. The high-temperature
inert gas loop is configured as a closed circulation path and is used for bearing high-purity
inert gas as a
heat carrier; and the gas circulation driving module is arranged in the high-temperature
inert gas loop and is used for driving the high-purity
inert gas to continuously and circularly flow in the closed circulation path. By adopting high-purity
inert gas as a heat-conducting medium and combining precise circulation driving, multi-stage heating, efficient heat exchange,
active cooling, online purification and
intelligent control technologies, the problems that an existing liquid heat-conducting medium is unstable in
phase change at a high temperature, a
metal eutectic medium is poor in safety, and a composite
system is high in complexity are solved.
