The invention discloses an automatic calibration method of a visual thermometer and an automatic thermometer calibrator. For a certain selected calibration temperature, the method comprises the following steps: 1, placing both a standard thermometer and a thermometer to be calibrated in a content-temperature tank, and regulating the temperature of the constant-temperature tank to an approximate calibration temperature; 2, capturing the images of the standard thermometer and the thermometer to be calibrated at the approximate calibration temperature by using first and second cameras respectively, and using the images as a standard image and an image to be calibrated respectively; and 3, calculating the readings of the standard thermometer and the thermometer to be calibrated by using a computer according to the standard image and the image to be calibrated respectively, and using the difference between the two readings as the corrected value of the thermometer to be calibrated at the approximate calibration temperature. The automatic calibration method and the automatic calibration device of the invention can accomplish automatic calibration and reduce various errors in a transmission process. In addition, the method and the device also can reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve working efficiency and calibration consistency.

According to the system and method for measuring the true density of the powder sample in the absence of water and oxygen, the true volume of the powder sample can be calculated according to the volume variation of the system before and after the sample is loaded, and the true density is obtained through calculation by combining the mass of the powder sample; the system and method disclosed by the invention are suitable for measuring the true density of the powder sample, in particular suitable for measuring the true density of the powder sample which cannot be exposed in the air; in addition, the true density of the powder can be measured under the non-room-temperature condition, and the sample is not in contact with air and water in the whole test process; and the measuring system and method disclosed by the invention have the advantages of strong practicability and convenience for operation.
