charge coupled device) optical systems with light sources, a
plasma sterilization mechanism, a
motion control system, a pneumatic control mechanism, a
humidity regulator, a
temperature control unit, a
liquid storage tank, an open container which can contain a
nutrient solution, an installation frame and a housing, wherein the installation frame is arranged in the housing and higher than the middle of the housing, the spray head is arranged on the installation frame, the optical systems are respectively arranged above the spray head and on a portion of the installation frame, on the left side of the spray head, the open container is arranged in the housing, the printing platform is arranged in the open container, a
nozzle of the spray head faces downwards, and corresponds to the printing platform, the pneumatic control mechanism is installed on the exterior of the housing, and all the other units except the pneumatic control mechanism are located in the housing. The invention further provides the method using the three dimensional biology printing device to print a model. The three dimensional biology printing device does not need to be placed in a clean work room for use, is low in cost, can control a device environment, and is suitable for various
biological materials and cells.
