Powered lift system for cabinet shelves

A lift system for a cabinet including a guide path along at least one side wall of a cabinet, the guide path defining a horizontal segment and a non-horizontal segment. A drive member is disposed along the guide path, and a shelf unit is in engagement with the drive member. A drive mechanism is configured to drive the drive member along the guide path, thereby translating the shelf member along the guide path. Translation of the shelf member along the horizontal segment of the guide path moves the shelf member outside the cabinet, and translation of the shelf member along the non-horizontal segment of the guide path moves the shelf member in a vertical direction in relation to the cabinet.

A special lifting clamp for a partition, a lifting system and a partition lifting installation method

Through the design of the special hoisting clamp, the main body of the lifting appliance, the vertical telescopic top block, the guide rod and the multi-link clamping jaw are matched, and the linkage structure of the built-in X-shaped link assembly, the reset spring and the elastic roller of the partition plate is combined, so that the accurate alignment of the partition plate, the controllable telescopic roller and the reliable clamping are realized. Meanwhile, a two-layer partition type hoisting system is built, the partition plate taking and placing area and the mold assembly area are separated, the partition plate storage rack, the cleaning device and the mold locking mechanism matched with the semi-circular turntable of the limiting motor are integrated. The application can produce multi-specification blank bodies without customizing multiple-specification molds, reduces raw material loss, realizes full-process automatic transfer and assembly of the partition plate, effectively improves assembly accuracy and production efficiency, saves labor and equipment investment cost, and is suitable for intelligent and large-scale continuous operation of the aerated concrete production line.
