system comprises mobile devices, a 
multimedia system video and voice control box, an intelligent access 
system, an engine 
electric control unit and an electronic 
steering column lock. After a vehicle starting command is received, the intelligent access system judges whether a vehicle meets a starting condition or not, and after the vehicle meets the starting condition, the intelligent access system and the 
multimedia system video and voice control box conduct bidirectional 
authentication; and after bidirectional 
authentication is passed, the intelligent access system controls the electronic 
steering column lock to be opened and controls a system power source and the engine 
electric control unit to be started, and the vehicle enters a remote starting mode. The mobile devices such as a 
smart phone and a smart bracelet are adopted for sending a remote starting request to the vehicle, and in the remote starting process, bidirectional 
encryption authentication of a T-Box and a PEPS is achieved, the situation that a stealer malevolently simulates the T-Box to send the remote starting request to steal the vehicle is prevented, and the safety of the vehicle is effectively improved.
