Single-resistor time-sharing sampling-based EPS motor current monitoring method and system

The application discloses an EPS motor current monitoring method based on single-resistance time-sharing sampling, relates to the technical field of electric power steering control, and comprises the following steps: sampling two-phase currents flowing through a single sampling resistor respectively; wherein the single sampling resistor is arranged on an inverter bridge DC bus; in a PWM period, the conduction combination of three-phase MOS tubes of the inverter bridge is controlled, so that the two-phase currents of the motor flow through the single sampling resistor in a time-sharing mode, and the two-phase currents are time-sharing sampled in a non-zero vector state; and according to the two-phase currents, a third-phase current is calculated according to the Kirchhoff's current law. The monitoring and time sequence control strategy of the three-phase motor current are realized through single-resistance time-sharing sampling, and the method is suitable for the design of an EPS controller meeting the safety level requirement.
