The invention discloses a
simulation experiment
system specially used for verifying a
steering control strategy in an automobile electric steering controller. The
simulation experiment
system comprises a platform rack, an automobile
electric power steering gear
assembly, a platform measurement and control device, a variable damping device, a vehicle speed
signal simulator and an EPS
control unit. The variable damping device is arranged between the transverse pull rod and the platform rack and comprises a tension sensor, a U-shaped rod, a connecting plate, a variable
damper, a return spring and a displacement sensor; the displacement sensor, the variable
damper and the return spring are installed between the connecting plate and the platform rack in parallel, the EPS
control unit is electrically connected with the steering
torque sensor, the power-assisted motor and the vehicle speed
signal simulator, and the platform measurement and control device is electrically connected with the EPS
control unit, the displacement sensor, the damping control
electromagnetic valve and the tension sensor. During experimental operation, various operation data are transmitted to the platform measurement and control device, and steering power-assisted characteristics under various working conditions can be obtained after
processing.
