daily operation cost of the air conditioner is constructed; inputting hourly meteorological data into the
simulation model, carrying out iterative optimization on a target function by utilizing an optimization
algorithm, and solving to obtain a target air conditioner pre-cooling strategy; and according to the pre-cooling starting time and the pre-cooling set temperature in the target air conditioner pre-cooling strategy, an air conditioner
system of the target building is controlled to execute pre-cooling operation. By optimizing the pre-cooling strategy, the optimal balance between the comfort and the
energy consumption cost is achieved, the indoor temperature rise in the power failure period is effectively delayed, and the
thermal comfort of personnel is remarkably improved.
