Adjustable scope mounting system

An adjustable mounting system for a telescopic scope includes an adjustable elevation mount formed from a scope ring and an adjustable sub-base. A clevis portion of the scope ring holds an elevation pin that is received by a vertical slot in the adjustable sub-base. An internally longitudinal bore is disposed though the adjustable sub-base and an externally threaded barrel disposed in an opening of the longitudinal bore. A cylindrical elevation cam having an angled slot is disposed in the longitudinal bore and includes a positioning rod that extends through a bore disposed through the barrel. The angled slot receives the elevation pin as it extends through the vertical slot of the adjustable sub-base. The angled slot may be smooth or stepped. A bi-directional cam capture means is mechanically coupled to the elevation cam and provides for longitudinal displacement of the elevation cam through the cam bore. Detent mechanisms are incorporated in the cam capture means to provide audible or felt indication of elevation position. In various embodiments the cam capture means may be: a rack and pinion device operated by dial handle; a plunger attached to the positioning rod and extending through the rear of the sub-base, a lever attached to the positioning rod and extending through a notched slot in the side of the sub-base, a position dial including a dial thimble affixed to the positioning rod and threadably engaged with a barrel disposed on the sub-base. Other embodiments include a windage gib adjustably positioned in a bore of a lower portion of the sub-base and adapted to laterally offset the sub-base from the firearm rail.

Dynamic load simulating device and method for automobile power system test

The invention relates to a dynamic load simulating device and a dynamic load simulating method for an automobile power system test, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle power system tests. The dynamic load simulating device comprises a control computer, a dynamometer controller, a frequency converter, an alternating current (AC) power dynamometer and a torque flange with a controller. A virtual automobile model-based control algorithm is adopted, a virtual automobile model is driven by an actual measurement torque, and the simulation of the rolling resistance, wind resistance and the inertia resistance of a vehicle is realized under the conditions of not calculating angular acceleration of the dynamometer. The dynamic load simulating device and the dynamic load simulating method have high stability and high simulation precision, are favorable for shortening the development cycle of an automobile power system and providing convenient test environment for the development of the power system. A process that the vehicle acceleration is acquired by differentiating the rotation speed of the automobile power system is avoided in the calculation process, and a phenomenon that accurate differential values are difficult to acquire due to relatively large noise caused by the process of differentiating the rotation speed is prevented.

Laser radar-based intelligent early-warning evaluation method and system for power transmission line

The invention provides a laser radar-based intelligent early-warning evaluation method for a power transmission line. The method comprises the following steps: information obtaining of the power transmission line, three-dimensional graphic modeling of the power transmission line, data analysis and judgment, and early-warning and power transmission line security evaluation. High-density and high-precision laser radar point cloud and optical image data on an ultra-high-voltage or high-voltage power transmission line are obtained by a laser radar scanning system carried by a helicopter platform; rapid high-precision three-dimensional measurement and spatial analysis of the power transmission line are achieved; and the analysis is applied to specific inspection and management work, such as sag calculation, line windage yaw check after three-dimensional modeling and line hazard analysis, in power transmission line operation and maintenance. The invention further provides a laser radar-based intelligent early-warning evaluation system for the power transmission line. The system comprises a power transmission line information obtaining unit, a data processing unit, a data storage unit and a feedback unit. According to the system, inspection and early-warning of the power transmission line can be rapidly and accurately achieved; and a safety evaluation report can also be provided to a user.

High voltage line wind deviation online monitoring system and method based on vibration power generation

The invention provides a monitoring system and a method for precisely measuring high-voltage line windage. The system is composed of a windage monitoring device, a meteorological monitoring device, a monitoring base station and a monitoring centre. Functions of acquisition and transmission of windage and meteorological data, failure pre-warning, real-time control and data processing and displaying are realized. The windage monitoring device comprises a sensor module, a signal modulating module, a signal control and wireless transceiving module, a GPS (Global Position System) module, an MCU (Micro Control Unit) and a vibration power generating module. The device is unnecessary to be additionally provided with a power supply. The power of the device is completely supplied by the miniature vibration power generating module. A field monitoring device transmits data to the monitoring base station through a short-distance wireless communication module. Then, the data is sent to the monitoring centre through a GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) network of the base station. The monitoring centre also can reversely transmit instruction so that the operation state of the device is adjusted. Simultaneously, the windage monitoring device is designed in a low-power-consumption mode integrating dormancy, standby and timed transmission. A mechanism for automatically rousing by exceeding a preset threshold is operated. The system and the method disclosed by the invention are applicable to online-monitoring a high-voltage line.
