An aerostat (From Greek ἀήρ aer (air) + στατός statos (standing) through French) is a lighter than air aircraft that gains its lift through the use of a buoyant gas. Aerostats include unpowered balloons and powered airships. A balloon may be free-flying or tethered. The average density of the craft is lower than the density of atmospheric air, because its main component is one or more gasbags, a lightweight skin containing a lifting gas to provide buoyancy, to which other components such as a gondola containing equipment or people are attached. Especially with airships, the gasbags are often protected by an outer envelope.

The invention discloses a skin material of a high-altitude aerostat and a preparation method of the skin material. The skin material is a high-barrier, high-strength and low-surface-density material which is formed by gluing and compounding a weather resistant layer, a double-layer single-faced aluminum plated high-barrier membrane, a force bearing layer and a welding layer. The weather resistant layer of the skin material of the high-altitude aerostat has high weather resistance; with the double-layer single-faced aluminum plated high-barrier membrane, the high barrier property and low absorptivity-emissivity ratio to the solar spectrum of the material are realized, and the damage of visible light on the skin material can be effectively prevented; an aromatic polyester fiber fabric layer is used as the force bearing layer and realizes good mechanical performance of the skin material after being compounded; the aerostat can be processed and molded through the high-frequency welding function of the welding layer. According to the skin material disclosed by the invention, a multiple membrane compounding process is employed, which is simple and capable of realizing excellent fit of membrane and membrane as well as membrane and cloth. The produced skin material is light in weight and high in strength, and also high in helium barrier property; the areal density of the skin material is only 144g/m<2>; therefore, the weather resistance and high-altitude service life of the high-altitude aerostat can be well improved.

The invention provides a photoelectric control valve of an aerostat. The photoelectric control valve of the aerostat comprises a valve cover, a seal ring, multiple columns, a base, a control circuit, a valve body, an opening-closing mechanism portion and a limiting mechanism portion, wherein the valve body is arranged on a bag body of the aerostat. The multiple columns are respectively located between the base and the valve body to enable the base and the valve body to be connected. The valve body is provided with a valve port and used for air in an air bag in the aerostat to be discharged out. An outer circle of the valve port is sleeved in an inner hole of the seal ring, and the valve cover covers the seal ring and the valve port and is in a sealed state. A flange structure of the lower end face of a lead screw of the opening-closing mechanism portion is fixed to the valve cover, and the lead screw is used for opening and closing the valve cover and enabling the valve cover to be away from and cover the valve port. A motor of the opening-closing mechanism portion is connected with the control circuit and controls lifting and downward moving of the valve cover in the vertical direction. The lead screw is provided with a threaded hole, a stopping block of the limiting mechanism portion is fixed to the lead screw through the threaded hole, and the stopping block vertically moves with the lead screw to block infrared light emitted by an upper limiting optical coupling assembly and a lower limiting optical coupling assembly of the limiting mechanism portion and cut off the control circuit and accordingly enables the motor to stopping running.

An upper covering and a lower covering are welded to form a main air bag which is filled with the air. The present invention discloses an aerostat airbag detection system based on a digital speckle correlation method, and belongs to the technical field of the aircraft detection, wherein the aerostat airbag detection system is applicable for detecting defects and leaks on the aerostat airbag surface. The detection system comprises a main control platform, a track apparatus, an image acquisition unit, a loading device and a data processing unit. According to the present invention, during detecting, the track apparatus providing with a camera is provided for carrying out overall shooting for the aerostat airbag; then the pressure difference between the inner and the outer of the airbag is changed through controlling the loading device on the airbag to enable the airbag to be deformed; then the overall shooting is performed again for the deformed airbag; finally, the digital speckle correlation technology is adopted for processing the two shot images to obtain the displacement and the strain distribution of the airbag surface so as to realize the detections of the defects and the leaks on the airbag. The system has characteristics of non-destructive detection, full field detection, high precision, quantification and automation, and provides a new solution scheme for detection of the aerostat airbag performance.

The invention relates to a device for on-line recovering and purifying helium in the inner capsule of an aerostat, characterized in that: the inlet of the helium compressor of the device is communicated with a low pressure recovery pipeline, the outlet is communicated with the inlet of a drying filter through pipelines, and the outlet pipeline of the helium compressor is provided with a safety relief valve and is connected with an air supply valve and a check valve in series; the outlet of the drying filter is communicated with the inlet of a helium purifier through pipelines, the outlet of the helium purifier is communicated with a high pressure helium-filled flexible pipe, the high pressure helium-filled flexible pipe is connected with an air-release valve, and the outlet of the helium purifier is communicated with a purity detection unit through a three-way pipe. According to the invention, the helium recovery and purification are combined organically, the purification of the helium in the inner capsule of the aerostat can be realized without completely recovering the aerostat, so that the continuous working time after the air inflation of the aerostat is effectively prolonged, the cost of recovering the aerostat is saved; the single purification rate of helium is high, the purity of the purified helium can reach to 98 %, the rate of increase of the single purification is larger than 3%, and the rate of helium loss in the process of recovery and purification is no larger than 5 %.

Automatic inflating and deflating air pressure adjusting system of air bag of aerostat

The invention relates to an air pressure regulating system of an air bag of an aircraft, in particular to an automatic inflating and deflating air pressure adjusting system of an air bag of an aerostat. The system comprises a main air bag, an auxiliary air bag and an air pressure adjusting device. The air pressure adjusting device comprises a pressure difference monitor connected with a sensor and an inflating and deflating controller composed of a pulse width signal generator, an deflating relay and an inflating relay; control signals outputted by the pressure difference monitor are connected with control coils of the inflating relay and the deflating relay respectively, and control signals outputted by the inflating and deflating controller are connected with a fan and a steering engine. The system has the advantages that change values of air pressure differences in the air bags are detected by the sensor and compared to a set upper limit value and a set lower limit value by the pressure difference monitor, actuating signals of the relays are outputted, an internal circuit of the pulse width signal generator generates output potential, and control signals are outputted so as to control start and stop of the fan and the steering engine respectively; closed-loop control inflating and deflating air pressure difference adjusting effect is good; an adopted steering engine control valve is capable of saving power as compared with existing electromagnet control valves; an adopted brushless motor is safer than existing brush motors, and fire hazards are avoided.
