The invention provides a nano-adhesion-mediated induced
bone regeneration hydrogel
barrier membrane, which is prepared by the following steps: dissolving N-isopropylacrylamide and dimethylaminoethyl
methacrylate in deionized water to form a
hydrogel matrix, adding
polyethylene glycol diacrylate and phenyl (2, 4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl)
lithium phosphate, and stirring to form the hydrogel
barrier membrane, thereby obtaining the nano-adhesion-mediated induced
bone regeneration hydrogel
barrier membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring and mixing, performing
ultraviolet light illumination, performing crosslinking to obtain composite hydrogel, spraying a nano-particle
aqueous solution with the
mass concentration of 10-15% on the surface of the composite hydrogel, and
drying to obtain the nano-adhesion-mediated induced
bone regeneration hydrogel barrier membrane, the bone regeneration barrier membrane is high in adhesion, does not swell at the temperature of 37 DEG C, can be applied to the
bone defect repairing process in the biomedical field, and solves the problems that in the prior art, a guided bone regeneration barrier membrane needs to be fixed through a bone nail, cannot be completely attached to a
wound surface and needs to be removed through a secondary operation.
