system, and the method comprises the steps: transmitting a collected workpiece image to an
image processing unit, and carrying out the
processing of image features through a
machine vision technology, so as to obtain the edge contour information of a flexible joint; the method comprises the following steps: fitting an edge contour straight line to obtain the coordinates of image feature points collected each time, calculating the longitudinal spacing of the feature points in the image to obtain the maximum spacing, calculating the actual distance of each pixel through pixel equivalent calibration, and converting the pixel distance into a real physical distance to obtain the verticality of the flexible joint. The whole detection process is automatically completed under the control of a computer. The perpendicularity measuring
system has the advantages of being non-contact, high in precision, high in efficiency, high in
automation degree and the like, and is suitable for
rapid detection of perpendicularity of objects with various complex shapes; the
system has the advantages of being easy to integrate, high in expandability and the like, is suitable for perpendicularity detection of flexible joints which cannot be measured in a
contact mode, and has wide application prospects.
