The invention relates to an
inductance magnetic core loss detection method and
system, and the method comprises the steps: irradiating an
inductance magnetic core through incident rays, and receiving reflected rays reflected by the
inductance magnetic core; generating a reflected
ray image based on the reflected
ray; the real-time total loss of the inductance magnetic core is evaluated based on the reflected
ray image, the original structure and integrity of the magnetic core do not need to be damaged through a non-
contact mode of incident
ray irradiation and reflected ray imaging, the magnetic core does not need to be disassembled and
cut in the detection process, the magnetic core can be directly reinstalled to a circuit to be continuously used after detection is completed, the detection cost is greatly reduced, and the detection efficiency is improved. The problems that in an existing ray
diffraction method and an
electron microscope scanning method, the inductance magnetic core needs to be sliced or ground into
powder, so that the detected magnetic core cannot be put into
actual use continuously, the detection cost is increased, and nondestructive performance evaluation of the in-service inductance magnetic core is difficult to achieve can be solved.
