The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the waste red-impure-copper to the pre-oxidation shaft furnace for pre-oxidation, and allowing the impure copper solution to flow into the oxidization area of the oxidation furnace; (2) performing oxygen-enriched oxidation in the oxidation area, allowing the acid slag to flow into the acid slag clarifying area and then discharging the acid slag, and allowing the copper solution to flow into the basic slag area; (3) producing the basic slag in the basic slag area, discharging the copper solution containing heavy impurities, and allowing the basic slag and the pure copper solution to flow into the basic slag collection area; (4) discharging the basic slag from the furnace body, and allowing the pure copper solution to flow into the reducing furnace; and (5) reducing the pure copper solution in the reducing furnace. In the method, melting, oxidation and slag discharge as well as reduction occur in three furnaces respectively, thus realizing continuous copper production and continuous slag discharge, and being capable of reducing energy consumption and lowering labor intensity.
