The winding type reverse-osmosis element and the preparation method provided by the invention have the advantages that since the concentrated-water outlet of the winding type reverse-osmosis element is positioned on the end surface, close to the closed end, of the winding type reverse-osmosis element, the concentrated-water outlet is only a part of the end surface of the reverse-osmosis element and the flowing-out direction of concentrated water is not consistent to the water feeding direction, so that the flowing speed in water feeding can not have influence on the flowing speed of water flow on the surfaces of diaphragms, further the pollution speed of the reverse-osmosis diaphragms is effectively reduced and the service life of the winding type reverse-osmosis element is prolonged.
