The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) sufficiently mixing first high molecular weight polyolefin, an antioxidant and low molecular weight organic matters in a double-screw extruder to form a sticky mixture as a core layer; (2) sufficiently mixing second high molecular weight polyolefin, an antioxidant and low molecular weight organic matters and a non-conductive nanometer inorganic ceramic material in another co-rotating double-screw extruder to form a sticky mixture as a surface layer; (3) carrying out coextrusion through three layers of die orifices according to the distribution forms in the step (1) and the step (2) to form three layers of strip-type extrudate, and carrying out two-way stretching on the strip-type extrudate to form a thin membrane; and (4) extracting low molecular weight organic matters in the thin membrane by a solvent, and then carrying out drying as well as thermal processing and shaping to obtain the porous three-layer nanometer ceramic composite membrane. The composite membrane prepared by using the preparation method has the advantages of higher ionic conductivity, favourable wettability with carbonic ester electrolyte, favourable thermal stability and mechanical property and higher membrane rupture temperature.

The invention provides a preparation method of a polyester chip for a thick membrane with the thickness of more than 150mum. The preparation method which allows a polyhydroxy organic matter, an anti-bonding agent, a stabilizing agent and a catalyst to be added to one or more of diacids and one or more of dihydric alcohols which are treated as main raw materials is characterized in that: a direct esterification process is adopted, an esterification reaction is carried out for 1-3h under conditions of a temperature of 210-270DEG C and a pressure of 0.1-0.5MPa, and a polycondensation reaction is carried out for 1.5-3h under conditions of a temperature of 250-290DEG C and a pressure of equal to or less than 1KPa, the polyhydroxy organic matter is added when the esterification reaction is ended, and the polyester chip is obtained by granulating and drying after finishing the polycondensation reaction. The polyester chip has a slow crystallization rate, and when the membrane with the thickness of more than 150mum is processed from the polyester chip of the invention, casting chips do not become white and there is no need to add anti-bonding masterbatch chips; present routine production equipment can be adopted to directly produce the thick membrane; and performances of the thick membrane are excellent, and phenomena of large crystallization degree and much membrane rupture, which appear when super-bright polyester chips are used to produce the thick membrane, do not appear in the invention.

The microporous membrane has the advantages that the poly (4-methyl-1-amylene) is high in melting point, high in vicat softening point, excellent in mechanical property, low in degree of crystallinity and high in gas permeability, so that the compound microporous membrane maintains excellent performance of TPX. Compared with the implementation of other modification methods, the equipment requirement is simple, and production can be carried out directly by needing slight improvement of original UHMWPE microporous membrane production equipment. The microporous membrane is a membrane with the thickness of 5 to 40 microns, the average pore size is 25 to 100 nanometers, the hot-shrinkage rate at the temperature of 130 DEG C is not more than 4.0, the tensile modulus is greater than 160 MPa, and the membrane rupture temperature is greater than 200 DEG C.
