The invention provides a water transfer printing process. The water transfer printing process comprises the following steps that S1, image-text layer printing is conducted, specifically, UV printing ink which does not contain a light curing agent is printed on a water transfer printing thin film, so that an image-text layer is formed; S2, image-text layer activating is conducted, specifically, the water surface of a transfer printing water tank is horizontally paved with the water transfer printing thin film, and an activating agent and a light curing agent are uniformly sprayed on the surface of the image-text layer; S3, water transfer printing is conducted, specifically, a product needing to be subjected to water transfer printing is gradually attached to the water transfer printing thin film, and the image-text layer is slowly transferred to the surface of the product; S4, washing is conducted, specifically, residual thin film bodies on the product are removed, and floating layers on the surface of the product are washed with clear water; S5, drying is conducted, specifically, ultraviolet rays are shone onto the product, and curing and drying are conducted; S6, paint spraying is conducted; and S7, drying is conducted. According to the water transfer printing process provided by the invention, the UV printing ink can be transferred to the product, and a variety of images and texts can be printed on the product and are environmentally friendly and not prone to disengaging.
