The invention relates to a tubular nanofiltration membrane with a multi-layer structure and a preparation method thereof. The tubular nanofiltration membrane with the multi-layer structure is four-layered, and the four layers comprises a first layer, a second layer, a third layer and a fourth layer from inside to outside in sequence, wherein the first layer is a microfiltration supporting tube made from a carboxyl-contained fiber knitting tube which is filled with inorganic minerals; the second layer is a ultrafiltration layer formed by coating carboxyl-contained polymer on the outer surface of the first layer; the third layer is a nanofiltration layer made of polyamide formed by interfacial polymerization; and the fourth layer is a water loving layer forming covalent binding with the third layer. The tubular nanofiltration membrane with the multi-layer structure is obtained through the steps of forming functional layers from indie to outside in sequence, and stable chemical binding is formed among layers, so that the tubular nanofiltration membrane has excellent resistance to pressure and mechanical strength, and good water loving property, water permeability and antifouling ability; and moreover, the flux reaches more than 30 L/m<2>h, the removal rate of singlevalent salt is more than 30%, and the removal rate of bivalent salt is more than 95%.

Solid-phase micro-extraction coating prepared on basis of polydopamine modified stainless steel wires and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a solid-phase micro-extraction coating prepared on the basis of polydopamine modified stainless steel wires and a preparation method and application thereof, which belong to the field of analytical chemistry. The preparation method includes steps of utilizing stainless steel wires which are modified by polydopamine as a solid-phase micro-extraction fiber matrix and utilizing quartz capillary tubes as moulds, and finally forming the solid-phase micro-extraction coating after methacrylic acid and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate are subjected to in-situ polymerization in the capillary tubes and then react with polydopamine so as to be bonded on the surfaces of the stainless steel wires. The solid-phase micro-extraction coating prepared on the basis of polydopamine modified stainless steel wires is applied to pretreatment of analysis of chlorophenols and polychlorinated biphenyls. Mechanical strength is enhanced due to the fact that the stainless steel wires are used as the matrix. The coating is not easy to shed off the surfaces of the stainless steel and is long in service life. Due to the capillary tubes serving as the moulds, the coating is uniform in thickness, fine in reproducibility and low in cost. On the optimum extraction condition, the coating has low limit of detection to four types of chlorophenols and six types of polychlorinated biphenyls and meets requirements of trace analysis.

According to the method, the cotton fiber paper is used as a carrier of the sulfur source and the molybdenum source, a three-dimensional porous conductive carbon fiber network structure with flexibility is generated by high-temperature carbonization, meanwhile, in-site growth and loading of the MoS2 are achieved, a current collector, and an adhesive and a conductive agent are prevented from being used during the traditional electrode preparation process; and moreover, the method has the advantages of simplicity, high efficiency and the like, and the obtained MoS2/carbon fiber network electrode has favorable cycle property, rate performance and flexibility and can be used as a flexible lithium ion battery negative electrode so as to be widely applied in the field of a wearable electrochemical energy-storage or flexible electronic product.

The catalyst obtained by the method of the invention has the advantages of little possibility of falling off, high thermal stability, good accessibility of mass transfer, high catalytic reaction activity and good reusability.
