printing ink is prepared from nano UV light, the invention discloses a UV (
ultraviolet)
photoinitiator, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 40 parts of
polyurethane acrylate oligomer, 15 to 30 parts of modified
bisphenol A type
epoxy acrylate, 10 to 15 parts of
tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 5 to 10 parts of ethoxylated
trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 5 to 15 parts of modified nano
titanium dioxide, 3 to 8 parts of nano silver wire, 2 to 5 parts of
photoinitiator 1173 and 1 to 3 parts of
benzoin dimethyl ether. The invention relates to a silver-loaded
zirconium phosphate composite material which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-2 parts of polyether modified
polydimethylsiloxane, 0.3-1 part of a defoaming agent, 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-5 parts of silver-loaded
zirconium phosphate, 0.5-2 parts of an
antioxidant 1010, 0.5-2 parts of a
coupling agent KH-550 and 10-25 parts of
propylene glycol methyl
ether acetate. The raw materials are scientifically proportioned and contain various modified components, and parameters of each step are clear. The preparation method is reasonable in process, the performance of the ink is improved through multi-step modification, and the obtained ink is good in
dispersity and compatibility, high in curing efficiency and excellent in comprehensive performance and has good practicability and innovativeness.
