The heat treatment temperature is greater than or equal to the thermal decomposition temperature of the bicarbonate. Finally, the pre-formed antifouling composite membrane is cleaned to form an antifouling layer, resulting in the antifouling composite membrane. The antifouling composite membrane prepared by this method exhibits high stability, high rejection rate, high water flux, and high antifouling performance when applied to water treatment.
