The method can support various convolution neutral network structures and has the advantages of high calculation efficiency and performance, less requirements for on-chip storage resources and off-chip storage bandwidth, small in communication overhead, convenience in unit component upgrading and improvement and good universality.

The present invention relates to a method of forming an amorphous carbon film and a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device using the method. An amorphous carbon film is formed on a substrate by vaporizing a liquid hydrocarbon compound, which has chain structure and one double bond, and supplying the compound to a chamber, and ionizing the compound. The amorphous carbon film is used as a hard mask film.
It is possible to easily control characteristics of the amorphous carbon film, such as a deposition rate, an etching selectivity, a refractive index (n), a light absorption coefficient (k) and stress, so as to satisfy user's requirements. In particular, it is possible to lower the refractive index (n) and the light absorption coefficient (k). As a result, it is possible to perform a photolithography process without an antireflection film that prevents the diffuse reflection of a lower material layer.
Further, a small amount of reaction by-product is generated during a deposition process, and it is possible to easily remove reaction by-products that are attached on the inner wall of a chamber. For this reason, it is possible to increase a cycle of a process for cleaning a chamber, and to increase parts changing cycles of a chamber. As a result, it is possible to save time and cost.

The double paint comprise the following compositions in weight percentage: 3.0 to 57.0 percent of ultraviolet curing oligomer, 7.0 to 40.0 percent of thermal curing polyhydroxy oligomer, 10.0 to 41.0 percent of curing agent, 15.0 to 60.0 percent of active diluted monomer, 0.5 to 9.0 percent of light evocating agent and 0.5 to 5.2 percent of additive. The double curing paint composition is prepared without needing complicated equipment and has application period as long as 7 hours; the main chain structure of the oligomer is provided with a tertiary amine group which removes the influence of oxygen inhibition effect so as to greatly accelerate the curing speed and complete the light curing process in a short period of between 5 and 15 seconds; after the ultraviolet photo-thermal double curing, a thick paint film with thickness of between 60 and 120 mu m can be prepared; and the obtained paint film has good leveling, high hardness, good impact resistance, good toughness and strong adhesive force and is suitable for coating various substrates.

The invention provides waterborne wear-resisting ultraviolet-cured glazing oil and a preparation method thereof. Epoxy resin is subjected to ring opening by the amino of an amino siloxane coupling agent, and is subjected to polymerization with diisocyanate, a chain extender and hydroxyl acrylate to prepare modified polyurethane acrylate waterborne light-cured resin, and is stirred with various aids to obtain a target. A siloxane group is introduced into a resin main chain structure, so that the wear resistance and the water resistance of the glazing oil are improved; a dry film of the glazingoil has the 100-circle wear of less than 0.1 g, and does not foam or fall after soaking in water for 10 hours. An epoxy resin structure is introduced, so that the initial tack of the glazing oil to print ink is improved. Through small molecules and an internal crosslinker chain extender, an obtained flexible chain structure resin ensures the adhesion and the flexibility of the glazing oil on the ink, the folding number of the dry film of the glazing oil is 16 to 20, and the adhesion is 0 to 1 level. An active monomer diluent is not used, toxic and harmful substances of methylbenzene or dimethylbenzene are free, and a paint film does not have a diluent residual, and is environment-friendly.
