linker or an active targeting ligand is modified; and S6, a biological source
polymer material is coated. Through synergistic regulation of photoinduced in-situ growth and defect
engineering, the application realizes controllable growth and multi-level defect construction of the ZIF-8 layer, and the prepared nano-preparation is uniform in structure, closely combined in interface, stable in double active substance loading, excellent in
enzyme-like catalytic activity, and can be used for preparation of tumor treatment drugs.
