This invention discloses a
silver paste material for low ESR stacked
solid-state capacitors, its preparation method, and the
capacitor thereof. The
silver paste material is prepared by a method comprising the following steps: S1, organic carrier preparation: mixing a main
solvent, a co-
solvent, a dispersant, and a
plasticizer to obtain an organic carrier; S2, low-speed mixing: first adding all the required proportions of spherical silver
powder to the organic carrier and stirring at
low speed, then adding flake silver
powder in batches and continuing to stir until a uniform paste is formed. By weight percentage, the components of the
silver paste material include: 20%~35% flake silver
powder, 20%~30% spherical silver powder, 10%~20% main
solvent, 2%~4% co-solvent, 13%~30% binder, 2%~4% dispersant, 1%~3%
defoamer, and 1%~3%
plasticizer. This invention protects the morphological integrity of flake silver powder, forming a dense conductive network. The total silver powder content can be as low as 40wt%. The preparation process is simple, reducing material costs and achieving the best balance between
electrical performance and cost. It is suitable for high-power applications such as AI servers, 5G communications, and
new energy vehicles.
