The invention discloses a preparation method of a patterned organic single crystal intrinsic linear polarization light-emitting device, and relates to the technical field of polarization optics, and the preparation method comprises the steps: preparing a large-area organic single crystal layer, forming an array light-emitting region, and electrically connecting the organic single crystal layer and the light-emitting region. The polarized light-emitting device comprises a substrate, an organic single crystal layer, an insulating layer, a functional layer and an electrode, a large-area organic polarized light-emitting single crystal is grown under the assistance of a liquid level, an ink-jet direct writing technology is combined, a local contact area is constructed by utilizing the liquid-phase polymer insulating layer, and therefore construction of the patterned organic single crystal intrinsic linear polarized light-emitting device is achieved. The challenges of growth of intrinsic linear polarization light-emitting organic single crystals and construction of patterned polarization light-emitting devices are solved, and application of organic single crystal polarization light-emitting devices in the field of next-generation novel polarization display and polarization imaging is expected to be promoted.
