Method for preparing formamidine hydriodate by one-pot method, formamidine hydriodate and application of formamidine hydriodate

The invention provides a method for preparing formamidine hydriodate through a one-pot method, formamidine hydriodate and application of formamidine hydriodate, and particularly relates to the technical field of perovskite photovoltaic cell precursor material preparation. The method comprises the following steps: adding an iodine elementary substance and a solvent into a reaction container, dropwise adding a reducing agent to carry out a first reaction, adding formamidine acetate in batches to carry out a second reaction at 0-10 DEG C after the reaction is completed, and carrying out post-treatment purification after the reaction is completed to obtain the formamidine hydriodate. The method directly selects the iodine elementary substance as the raw material, so that the use cost of the raw material is effectively reduced; one-pot integrated reaction is adopted in the preparation process, intermediate separation is not needed, the opportunity that metal impurities are introduced due to multiple transfer and purification operations in a traditional method is reduced, and the content of the metal impurities in the product can be reduced; distillation and other steps with high energy consumption and long time consumption are omitted, so that the reaction period is shortened, and the energy consumption is reduced.

Synthesis method of perovskite microcrystalline material

The invention relates to a synthesis method of a perovskite microcrystalline material, and belongs to the field of perovskite materials. The invention provides a synthesis method of a perovskite microcrystalline material, which comprises the following steps: mixing alkali metal iodide salt, lead acetate trihydrate and formamidine acetate, and reacting under preset conditions to obtain the formamidine lead iodide perovskite microcrystalline material. According to the method, an acid-free system is adopted for synthesizing the formamidine lead iodide perovskite microcrystal material for the first time, hydroiodic acid which is indispensable and extremely high in danger coefficient in a traditional aqueous phase method is completely abandoned, alkali metal iodide salt is creatively adopted as a green iodine source, high-quality formamidine lead iodide perovskite microcrystals are successfully synthesized, the material performance is guaranteed, and meanwhile the yield of the formamidine lead iodide perovskite microcrystals is increased. The safety of the synthesis process is greatly improved; in addition, the solid salt with stable properties is adopted, so that the sensitivity of the whole synthesis process to air and humidity is reduced, and better repeatability and stability are achieved.

The invention relates to the technical field of nano material preparation, and discloses formamidine acetate doped CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals and a water phase preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps that firstly, lead bromide, cesium bromide, formamidine acetate and dimethylacetamide are mixed, and a uniformly-doped precursor solution containing formamidine acetate is prepared under the ultrasonic concussion condition; sequentially adding oleylamine and 5-bromovaleric acid into the precursor solution according to a specific sequence, and carrying out ultrasonic-assisted in-situ surface ligand modification; and finally, rapidly injecting the precursor solution into deionized water, inducing crystallization by using the polarity difference of the solvent, centrifuging to remove the precipitate, and taking the supernatant to obtain the target product. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the structural stability of the CsPbBr3 nanocrystal is remarkably improved through doping of formamidine acetate (FA) to a lattice A site and synergistic coordination of acetate. The obtained nanocrystal has a cubic crystal phase structure and can be stably dispersed in a water phase system, and the technical problem that a traditional perovskite material is easy to decompose when meeting water is solved.

Tin-lead perovskite solar cell prepared based on organic amine salt crystallization regulation strategy and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a tin-lead perovskite solar cell prepared based on an organic amine salt crystallization regulation strategy and a preparation method of the tin-lead perovskite solar cell. According to the method, formamidine acetate and guanidine thiocyanate are used as crystallization control agents, and the smooth, compact and uniform tin-lead perovskite thin film can be obtained through a one-step anti-solvent-free spin-coating method and heat treatment in the nitrogen atmosphere. Wherein formamidine acetate can realize one-step spin coating by delaying a crystallization process; and guanidine thiocyanate can form a two-dimensional phase at the grain boundary to passivate defects at the grain boundary, reduce the defect state density, reduce non-radiative recombination and improve the stability of the perovskite thin film. Compared with a traditional anti-solvent dripping process, the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of simplicity, rapidness, high efficiency and high repeatability.

Preparation method of high-purity formamidine hydroiodide and application thereof

This invention relates to the field of perovskite solar cells, specifically a method for preparing high-purity formamidinium hydroiodate, comprising the following steps: dissolving formamidinium acetate in hydroiodic acid solution and stirring to obtain a precursor solution of formamidinium hydroiodate; heating the solution in an oil bath to obtain a crude product of formamidinium hydroiodate; cooling the product and adding an ethanol solution, then heating again until completely dissolved to obtain a hot saturated solution; removing the hot solution and vacuum filtering, and pouring the resulting mother liquor into a crystallizing dish for crystallization; after crystallization, adding diethyl ether for washing; placing the washed flaky crystals in an oil bath and adding ethanol again for heating to dissolve, then filtering, and pouring the resulting mother liquor back into a crystallizing dish for low-temperature crystallization; repeating the above steps three times; and vacuum drying the obtained product to obtain formamidinium hydroiodate, which is the target product. The formamidinium hydroiodate of this invention, when applied to a perovskite layer, can greatly improve the photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells and significantly improve the stability of the device.
