Method for catalyzing alcoholysis of waste polylactic acid by metal-free bicuculline acetate salt

The application discloses a method for efficiently catalyzing alcoholysis of waste polylactic acid by using metal-free bicyclic guanidine acetate salt. The catalyst used in the application is metal-free bicyclic guanidine acetate salt, and the catalyst has high catalytic activity for alcoholysis of waste polylactic acid; under certain conditions, the waste polylactic acid can be 100% degraded, and lactic acid ester with a high yield (the yield ranges from 91.4% to 95.6%) can be obtained, so that the waste polylactic acid can be upgraded and reused. Meanwhile, the catalyst has strong thermal stability and is not easy to decompose at high temperature, and can be recycled. The method solves the problems of slow reaction rate, low yield and metal residues in products in the alcoholysis process of waste polylactic acid, and the catalyst has the advantages of green pollution-free and recyclable use.

Membranes, methods of making the membranes, and methods of using the membranes are described herein. The membrane can comprise a support layer; and a selective polymer layer disposed (e.g., coated) on the support layer. The selective polymer layer can comprise a polymer matrix (e.g., a hydrophilic polymer, an amine-containing polymer, or a combination thereof), and a guanidine-based mobile carrier dispersed within the polymer matrix. Optionally, the selective polymer later can further include an amine-based mobile carrier, a CO2-philic ether, a graphene oxide, carbon nanotubes, or a combination thereof, dispersed within the polymer matrix. The membranes can be used to separate carbon dioxide from other gases, such as hydrogen and / or nitrogen. Also provided are methods of separating gas streams using the membranes described herein.

The invention relates to the technical field of titanium dioxide production, in particular to high-dispersion high-temperature-resistant titanium dioxide and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adjusting the temperature and pH of titanium dioxide base material slurry, and curing; s2, simultaneously adding an alkaline aluminum salt solution and an HIO3 solution, and curing; s3, adjusting the pH value of the slurry, curing, washing with water, and drying to obtain a filter cake; s4, pulping by adopting an aprotic solvent, adjusting the temperature of the slurry, adding pyridine, curing, adding Tf2O, and curing; and S5, adding solid acid and guanidine, carrying out a reaction in an inert protective atmosphere under heating and pressurizing conditions, and carrying out alcohol washing, flash evaporation and steam powdering on the reacted slurry to obtain the high-dispersion and high-temperature-resistant titanium dioxide. The iodine element is introduced in the inorganic coating process, and Tf2O and guanidine are adopted for organic modification, so that bidirectional improvement of temperature resistance and dispersity of titanium dioxide is realized.
