A process for producing a purified carboxylic acid having “n+1” carbon atoms comprises feeding a carboxylic acid stream containing a carboxylic acid having “n+1” carbon atoms, a hydrogen halide, a lower boiling point (bp) component, a higher bp component, and others to a first distillation column; separating a lower bp fraction containing part of the lower bp component and a higher bp fraction containing part of the higher bp component in the first column; withdrawing a side stream containing at least the carboxylic acid by side cut from the first column; feeding the side stream to a second distillation column; separating a lower bp fraction containing part of the lower bp component and a higher bp fraction containing part of the higher bp component in the second column; and withdrawing a side stream containing the carboxylic acid by side cut from the second column to recover a purified carboxylic acid; and the process further comprises feeding at least one first component (A) selected from the group consisting of an alcohol, corresponding to the carboxylic acid, having “n” carbon atom(s), and an ester of the alcohol with the carboxylic acid to the first column, and if necessary water. Such a process ensures reduction of the concentration of the hydrogen halide in the purified carboxylic acid.

By adopting the method, simultaneous and efficient extraction on chlorogenic acid, solanesol, alkaloid and rutin in tobacco is achieved, the extraction rates are all 100%, the four components are effectively separated through simple steps, the utilization rate of the tobacco resource is improved, at the same time the operation is simple, the organic solvent is saved, and the energy consumption is reduced.

The method comprises the steps of processing aniline wastewater via a solvent extraction method under the action of a salting-out effect; mixing the wastewater, sodium chloride and nitrobenzene used as an extracting solvent in an atmospheric static mixing reactor; pumping the mixture to a tubular static mixing reactor via a raw material pump to make the extracting solvent nitrobenzene mixed with the aniline wastewater thoroughly; processing the raffinate with an aerobic-anaerobic microbial oxidation combined process; passing the raffinate through the anaerobic tank to perform anaerobic degradation treatment; and passing the anaerobic treated wastewater into the aerobic tank to perform aerobic degradation treatment. With the method for removing aniline from industrial aniline wastewater, aniline can be separated out from the industrial aniline wastewater effectively; the extracted and separated aniline and the extracting agent can be reused without separation; the separating process generates no pollutions; energy consumption of the separation is low; and processing cost of the separation is low. The method can be used for the aniline wastewater generated by industries of dye, agriculture, medicine, military industry, chemical industry, etc.
